Bridging the Disconnect
In our modern era of technology and digital connection, true human communication and
meaningful interaction have often become elusive. As Bob Moorehead so aptly observed: “The
paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings, but shorter tempers; wider freeways,
but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less. We buy more, but enjoy less…..we build more computers to hold more information to produce more copies than ever, but have less
communication;”

Unapologetically Unashamed
The excessive pressure to conform to narrow beauty standards affects the female psyche more profoundly than we often acknowledge. From childhood, many women are conditioned to conceal their bodies and internalise shame. We were taught that sexual desirability exists only within the confines of youth and an idealised figure.

Divine Luminosity
Divine luminosity, the essence of light, is how I experience and connect with the Divine.
While my roots are in Anglicanism, my fascination with various religions has led me to
uncover a universal wisdom that transcends specific belief systems.

Till we meet again
“ The Pain of Parting
is nothing to the joy of meeting again”
Charles Dickens
I regularly spend time at an airport, either due to my own travels or my family’s. I have
always been deeply touched by the pure, uninhibited form of expressing love, when people
are saying farewell or when welcomed home. On many occasions, I have cried my heart
out with other mothers I have never met before.
